Tool steels, such as H13 and DIN 2714, are sourced from reputable global and domestic manufacturers, selected based on specific application needs.
Using high quality VMCs, EL FORGE achieves high-speed, accurate die machining. All tools undergo stringent inspections to ensure quality before production use. To enhance material efficiency, extend die life, and boost tool performance, EL FORGE implements die shrink fitting, die welding and advanced surface treatments.
